Each client can design his own service package, based on the size of his network, everyday needs for support, budget or can choose the all-inclusive one. Our services are delivered in the form of an annual contract that clearly describes total number of hours agreed, costs, SLAs, etc. We remain close to the client, providing full transparency through scheduled or ad-hoc reporting, and holding regular meetings with management or the staff, on agreed agendas.
